PUSH THE THROTTLE
Accident Kills A.T.V. Driver Jasper County, September 7th, 2004 - Investigators are back on the scene of an A.T.V. accident that left one man dead yesterday. It happened on a rural road in Jasper county, 3 miles northwest of the town of Baxter. The Jasper County Sheriff's Department says the driver of an All Terrain Vehicle (A.T.V.) collided head on with a pickup truck heading in the opposite direction. The driver of the pickup told deputies both vehicles tried to avoid one another. Sheriff's deputies will only describe the driver of the A.T.V. as in his early twenties. The driver and passenger in the pickup truck were not injured. The Sheriff's Department says they do not find anything suspicious about the crash. PUSH THE THROTTLE
I heard more on this last night and it sounds like the guy on the quad was riding in the wrong lane down the road. WTF
bigboybanshee
There were two kids in my neighborhood that died on labor day due to a crash on their ATVs....from what the news said they had a head on collision going extremely fast...and of course, no helmets on either one. Sounded to me like they were playing chicken or something; the area they were riding on was a wide open field. WTF
