That was a reasonable question. You think its possible that he just doesnt have the money to buy the overpriced billet parts but would still like to fix up his banshee like the rest of us? Thus asking the question of maybe where he could get plans. This is a banshee forum where we all come to learn and read what others have to say. In order to learn you have to ask questions. I dont understand why some of you feel the need to be an asseverytime someone asks a question even if it was unintentionally offensive.

The fact is you already have the plans. Most people machining parts got the measurements and specs from the stock parts. Take your stock parts to your friend and have him make them out of billet and while he is at it have him add an original design to it to make it cool.

I can make parts , im limited to what i can do so far,i only got half day in the machine shop becuase i gotta go back to schhol for 2 classes a day but i can work the cnc machine, but i just learning the codes for the cnc , made myself a billet gas cap, oil dipstick, throttle cover brake resivor cover and stuff like that pretty fun to make and see them on your bike and sure beats spendin the money i do all my stuff basicly copying stock parts same tolerances for measurments and stuff like that but you can still put your own touch on them by the designs you put in them and stuff so give him your stock parts

:shootself: Seriously though, I have all of the parts you could possibly want made out of Al modeled in Catia. I have run tool paths for most of it as well. If you want any of that, my consulting rate is $180/hour I'll figure out how long it took me to make what you want and charge you based on that. I won't even charge you for any of my other costs and a complete clutch side cover is going to cost you around $1k.
