badassbilletbanshee
it is a trailer not a coach that is true but for the price (less than 30k) its usually one of the nicest set-ups when i am at the dunes. The quality on the competitors haulers IMO is not better.
evil
every year at least one of my friends gets a hauler so off we go to the rv expo and spend a shit load of time in them at the sand and sports show. theres a ton of names out there and weekend warrior has been a leader for a long time. but when you have 20 different manufactures all next to each other, you really start to see things. there was one i think it was a terry, well over 30k and not as many features as the ww, and looked like it was put togather at a highschool wood shop project. the only thing that matters is if you like it. my buddies is the baddest in the world !!! he kills me but its what he wanted and he finally got it, i was happy for him, but a little weirded out that he was in my truck in the back seat staring at it, like a pervert all the way home
BdBanshee
They are nice, but too much $$. I have a 33' Thor Wanderer Wagon that has worked great for me. Makes a trip to the Dunes very comfortable, even with the wife and kids! Edited September 2, 2004 by BdBanshee

DUNEDEMON
I have a 2001 FB2200 and have had no problems with the trailer itself, the tires on the trailer are another story....(stay away from Carlisle tires) WW had some serious quality issues a few years back but realized that thier competition was catching up and stealing their business, so things have changedfor the better. WW is owned / designed by none other than Gary Denton, sound familiar? They are manufactured in Perris CA.
lincster
Yeah, my buddy is selling his 33' 5th wheel. It is a 2003, fiberglass, dual A/C units, flipped axles, 16" wheels/tires. Nice unit.
Travis's Banshee
We were looking at toy haulers a few years back before we went w/a motor home and trailer. At that time the Playmor was an outstanding value, and the quality was 2nd to none. Just my $.02.
kenr74
I can't see spending that kind of money to go camping. My trailer hauls all the bikes and the tent can sleep 8. Works for me.

Works for me. when youve done the tent and trailer thing for so long and you get old, you appreciate the comforts of a hauler. then when you get one, youd wished you done it sooner
lincster
Thats right evil. Every night when I go inside, take a hot shower, click the furnace on and crawl into a real bed, I just smile and say "All the money was worth this." Then I really laugh when I wake up in the am and see my tent sleeping buddies huddled around the fire trying to get warm.
FireHead
I am looking to buy a Toyhauler of some sort and I have a question for you guys with them. Why do you guys have the larger ones (30' and over)? Is there an advantage to them that I am missing? I only need or want to sleep 4-6 at the most and haul 4 bikes. It seems that the 24'-26' are ideal. Which manufacurer is best?
