Maverick302 Posted August 26, 2004 Report Share Posted August 26, 2004 I found a loophole in the law. Those faggio scooter things that are street legal don't require a license if theyre under 50cc. Them things are pretty damn fun too. I'll get one just for temporary transportation. As long as I don't do anything real stupid and get caught, cops will rather go finish theyre donuts than take me to court and argue. Ducman Posted August 26, 2004 Report Share Posted August 26, 2004 In CA the really small ones are illegal on the street but the larger ones are legal, I'm not to sure how to determine which ones are or aren't, I think 50cc up is leagal, basically considered a scooter like a moped and ridding restrictions are similar to a moped or so I've been told.
