bigboybanshee
How can you tell if there is a "fake" bidder bidding for the seller to try and get more for what they're selling? Is there any "tell tale" signs that point this out? There is the newbie on ebay with no feedback that just signed up about when the auction started outbidding me within like 20 minutes of me bidding higher....maybe I might be wrong and the item is worth more than I'm anticipating but the guy is only bidding a few dollars more every time he's bidding, nothing substantial...Any ideas or help is GREATLY appreciated! Screamin_Demon
What's their ebay name... it may have been me, lol. Maybe they decided to bid a little more out of determination to get just a hair above your bid. BTW... I just won my first auction, lol. They just might have done that (bidding just to get a little more) which I can honestly understand, it just irritates the snot out of me!!! I'm getting close to the max I can spend on this!! Congrats on the first auction!

bigboybanshee
I checked that...the seller is only selling this one item at this time, and the bidder in question joined just a few days before it started...I dunno bout this one, I'm gonna hold off on bidding until the last few seconds
sredish
Maybe ebay can check into the IP for you and compare the two.

Bigairee
Check his past sales. You may notice the name several times. If you see it on diferent kinds of items then that would be a good sign of it.
