Slayer1018 Posted August 20, 2004 Report Posted August 20, 2004 Right now I use Yamalube, but am thinking of switching to either Maxima 927 or Maxima Super M. Any suggestions? Also, what are good handguards to get. I'm looking at Acerbis. Do I need special attachments for my pro-taper bars? Quote
PassionRE Posted August 30, 2004 Report Posted August 30, 2004 (edited) Everything Maxima makes is top knotch. Super M is good, if your engine is very high output, 927 all the way... just rememer to shut off the gas and let the carbs run dry when done for the day, and always shake you gas cans before re-fueling on the 927...Jim Edited August 30, 2004 by PassionRE Quote
Proquad101 Posted August 31, 2004 Report Posted August 31, 2004 I have used yamalube and bean oil, and now I use 927. The 927 always kept my motor cleanest. Quote
