Right now I use Yamalube, but am thinking of switching to either Maxima 927 or Maxima Super M. Any suggestions? Also, what are good handguards to get. I'm looking at Acerbis. Do I need special attachments for my pro-taper bars?

Everything Maxima makes is top knotch. Super M is good, if your engine is very high output, 927 all the way... just rememer to shut off the gas and let the carbs run dry when done for the day, and always shake you gas cans before re-fueling on the 927...Jim

Why very high output??? Is it bad to run in a less modified motor or are you refering to price?

I ran Yamalube R for almost two years. Then a friend of mine told me about his Klotz Supertechniplate. WOW what a difference. :D

I'll never go back to Yamalube!
