Toomey Banshee
I'm in the process of putting my sons shee back together, just replaced the crank seal and had the top end done and threw new pro lites in. I took the carbs off and cleaned them up real good. Before the rebuild the choke would not stay out, just slid right back in after you pulled it out. Same problem, I took the choke out of the carb, sprayed the crap out of it, still isnt working. Any suggestions?
pimp559
You need a new choke switch. Yours is worn out. It will probably br cheaper to buy a used set of carbs for the switch than it would to buy the new switch. The switch is the thing you pull out. The rubber pieces on the part that go into the shaft are too small now and let it just slide back in.
