Before I got my head shaved and bored out and ported i was running 140 km/h beside a friends motorcycle. Thats 86 MPH. Thats with a 13 tooth front and a 41 rear. Thats pinned right out for about 3/4 of a mile I had nothing left. I might drop a bigger front sprocket on mine now that I have the guts to pull it.

no way with a 13 up front

acording to the gearing calculator 98mph at 9,999rpm but i dont have enugh room to go that fast..i can only get it tapped in 5th befopre i have to get hard on the brakes, so ive been about 82 acording tot he calculator...cool! B)

on a side note a banshee with a 99 tooth coutershaft and a 1 tooth rear at 9,999rpm could go 116,101mph which is like mach 150

just wanted toask. I am running t-5 pipes, milled head, boysen carbon fiber reeds. wiseco .050 pistons and 14/41 gearing. My trail tech speedo reads about 76mph, is that pretty close to where it should run?

Sounds like your in the ball park with that speed. You didn't say what size tires though.

As far as my Banshee it's faster than everybody else I ride with and that's all that matters.
