SANDSTAR
John Kerry and John Edwards will not support tort reform. What this means is they support the lawers that sue companys for huge sums of money over silly claims......Remember the dumb lady that spilled coffee on herself at McDonalds, and then sued McDonalds because the coffee burned her. This cost was passed on to you through higer food prices. YOU PAID FOR HER DUMB MISTAKE. These lawers are the reason that car insurance costs so much. They are the reason that health care costs so much. They are the reason why it is so hard to get a busness off of the ground. John Edwards got rich suing doctors over unpreventable birth complications. Now everyone else that has a baby will have to pick up the tab for this prick suing over junk science. If John Kerry is elected, he will change things. FOR THE WORSE.

SANDSTAR
For all you union guys that are concerned about your jobs going overseas, did you know that Heinz foods has been slowly moving their operations out of the USA? This is the company that John Kerry's wife has ties to. John kerry wants to tell everyone else how we should live our lives, but he doesn't want to be bound by the same rules. How else can you explain why John Kerry chastized the citizens of the USA for polluting the air with "Gas guzzling SUV's" but then jumping on his Gulfstream jet, which uses more fuel in one trip than every banshee out a Glamis uses in a whole year. By the way, John and his wife own 4 SUVs. What justifies their use of SUVs, but villifies mine? Edited August 10, 2004 by SANDSTAR
iceman
Ok ok...new conclusion. Kerry AND Bush are retarded and need helmets. So basically we need to build a giant helmet over the US, so that in the event we do get bombed...we'll have a helmet. The only thing to figure out now is how to get that much hard plastic to make a giant helmet. TLD makes some pretty sick helmets we should have them do it. Sure we'd be blocking out the sun but for that we have giant heaters and if it gets too hot...a giant air conditioning system. It's basic stuff really. akpopeye
Some of these responses remind why some people shouldnt be allowed to vote. I feel it is so important to educate ourselves on the election process, the issues, and the canidates. Simply reading the news on AIM.com or watching cnn will never give the public an eclectic and whole view on this election or it's canidates.. o yea.....Kerry for President, but more importantly, anyone but bush
iceman
Eclectic is a word I learned last year. It means change. See what school teaches you? I CAN READ!

Or forefathers also thought we were too stupid to make a good decision. With that being said, how can you say "anyone but bush" is a good decision. I have no idea what Kerry is all about because he won't stand up and say it. He is too busy gunning on people with the "anyone but bush" mindset. He doesn't have to tell people what he will do or try to accomplish because they will settle for a candidate that is worse just to get bush out. This "reminds me why some people shouldn't be allowed to vote".

iceman
I just tried to be smart...you've shattered my heart and my ego along with it. I almost felt smart then you just had to go and correct me. I am deeply cut, it's going to leave a scar...I'll end up putting cats in the microwave for fun because you had to go and smack me with your superior intellect and brain power. Well heres to you Mr. Smarty Tarty pants, keep going I'll probably be bagging your groceries or picking your fruit.
PassionRE
I've got a novel idea! Lets make it where only people that actually contribute to society, instead of continually siphon from it generation after generation even get to vote. That way we wont even have to have this conversation, now will we.

I would say actual homeowners would be a good starting place for qualified voters, you know, the ones our Uncle doesn't pay for.

micorps1
All i will say is i wish Senator McCain would run. As far as some of these posts, some of you need to get your facts straight. Just because you received an email talking shit about one or the other doesn't mean it is true. I was in Iraq for a year and could write a book on everything there. If you were there you would notice whihc way the fuel is going. The fuel truck are coming into Iraq full, not leaving full. Remember the Halliburton controversy? They are the transporting the fuel. Also, research exactly how good the Iraqi oil is? All I will say!
