Longrod370
I just started to use Mystery Oil after my last rebuild about 6 months ago (one ounce to every gal + regular 32.1 yamalube ). Last week when i went to tear it appart there was almost no carbon or deposit build up, the only little bit of black was on the end of the exhaust port. and on top of that. just curious if anyone else has had good luck with this stuff!? bansheeryder_69
I use John Deer 2 cycle motor oil. Its way cheap and made not to burn down, and from what I've been told and experienced so far, It's the shiznit!

Holyman
Why would you tear down an engine only 6 months after rebuild? I ran Yamalube at 40:1 for 4 and there were no deposits. I'm not bashing the Mystery Oil... just telling my experience.

jinx44
i usually use it as an assembly lube, and it does work, never added it to fuel though i geuss it wouldnt hurt I have used it for years in 4 stroke rebuilds. I have never tried it in 2-strokes. Works great and won't burn off the rings like oil will and it won't carbon. I've rebuilt many V-8's and have never had a ring seating problem since using it.
