Here is a picture of some pipes I just won off ebay... can these be polished if not what would it take to get them looking like new?

chrome them?

how much would that run?

Any suggestions?

I'm replacing DG pipes (supposed to suck ass) but at least they have a nice shiny finish. :)

Man that guy musta never cleaned his pipes :whoa:

Ive got Pros and they are have a real good finish.

I guess with alot of elbow grease you could get them

lookin good. Not sure how much its gonna cost

to get um chromed but then they still gonna need to be

clean.

lol... i couldn't even tell what the finish was that's why i was asking if i'd need to chrome them to get the shiny look... so i could just polish them up like anything else?

or just use some mothers polish and buff them up?

How do i clean them... can i get them real nice and shiny?

The Pro Circuits are a nickle finish. You'll be able to shine up the parts they still have some finish left. But where the rust spotsare, theres not much you can do.I had Pro Circuits, and i tried to polish the spot out,but it doesn't turn out very good. You could get them ceramic coated, its probably too late to get them chromed. They are in pretty bad shape.

Damn I have a brand new set of procircuit platinums and i was at Florence this weekend and noticed a pinhole in the weld....first day riding with them so now i have to send it back to get a new pipe, but i think i better polish mine after every ride after seeing those!

chromers wont dip used exhaust parts because it messes up the bath and the chrome doesnt stick like it should. i say high temp black if you can't get the ceramic done.
