time for a second job

Recommended Posts

after recently destroying my motor for the second time in two months i realized i need a second job to fund my habits. im trying to get a passion stock stroke 12 port with 34's maybe and some rockets. i can sell some of my old stuff on e-gay. but the point of the post is: does anyone have any good ideas on how to make a little extra cash on the side legally?

thats what i do on the side, i help a buddy of mine mow lawns on my days off. he has 67 yards a week to do right now and most of them are in higher class neighborhoods. i get all the money from the lawns that i do, thats normally an extra 300-400 a week for me for anywhere between 8-12 lawns. something like that. other than the heat, its not too bad.

i make decent money now, but since im just a busser at a rest. most of my coin comes in tips which somehow seem to fly out of my pocket. so im thinkin id be much more likely to get my motor setup like i want if i had another real job where i got direct deposit in a seperate account and used that account strictly for my shee. does that sound too far fetched?

Polishing parts. Every bike made today has plenty of aluminum goodies that look good polished.

The tools and supplys to do it professionally will set you back about $200+ but you can make an easy $15 per hour, find a niche like I did with the Ducati pipes and you can make around $20/hr. The best part is that its tax free income too! Hehehe, well sort of as long as you dont get carried away with the volume and are carful on how you accept and spend payments. You can buy certain used parts and resell them for a lot more after polishing them on an exchange basis on flee-bay. When you get good let me know and I'll have you polish my clutch side cover on the Bansh, with a %50 discount for the polishing tip of coarse. ;)

Otherwise, get a prescription and take up gardening if ya know what I mean.

maybe ill make some of them wooden crosses with like 100 white twinkly lights in it. ive made them before and it only takes like an hour i think. materials are cheap too. they were 24" x 18". what do you think i could get for one. its christmas shit so chumps will pay out their ass for it. but where to sell it?

if you had been thinking about this at the beggining of the year you would be all set. what you do is buy some pot seeds. plant them in the spring, flower them in the fall and havest. i only got 2 now. males GRR.

come november i will have about $800 more bucks in my pocket.

should have been more but i lost a bunch. people buy weed like the world is gonna end. sell it to a drug dealer and your all set. one time sale you get "x" amount of dollars.:clap::headbang::headbang:

but you can make an easy $15 per hour

Maybe if you polish street bike parts but in the ATV world you'll be lucky if you can make yourself 10$ per hour.

LOL If I were to get paid from my company for my time polishing the parts I sell, my company would actually lose money on every single part. There isn't anyone I know that would polish anything for free. Literally.....I do it for free.

I do it mainly as a courtesy and I like being able to say that I can do it. I reserve most of my polishing duties for my "days off"
