Cheap horse power

Recommended Posts

milling your head increases cylinder compression which increases performace all over the board, it's a fairly cheap mod. Also, you can mod your timing plate to advance it 4 degrees which will also help power all over the board. A high flow K&N will help, but I wouldn't put any money into air filters unless you get a ProDesign Pro Flow plate, the stocker can potentially suck dirt.

There's really not too much more for super cheap power. You could get a set of pipes off of ebay pretty cheap and that will give you way way more power than the above mods combined honestly. The only time rejetting is really necessary is when you change something that will affect the air/fuel ratio. Milling head won't need it, timing may or may not, and a high flow filter will need it.

i will also vouch for boonman on milling heads and lightening flywheels. he's a stand-up guy, well unless he's been drinking and then needs to lie down, and gets things back to you very quickly, like the day after he receives them.

Later.
