.
I got one I'd sell you for 75 + shipping. I've never had it in a running vehicle, and if it doesnt work, I'll refund you your money when you ship it back to me. I've actually got 2 here, so if one doesnt work, I can send you the other one. sparkzilla
I have bought 2 stators from Ricky stator. For 2 different bikes. And I had no problems at all. I think he has great prices and good stuff.
banshee370
Please dont take what I said wrong. I like Ricky AND his products. BUT......... I've seen a lot of his "knock off" stators go bad and also doa. Do yourself a favor and go to planetsand.com and do a search for RS's stators. There is a dam good reason why his stock replacement is 125 when an OE is over 300.00 When a stator takes out a crank and cyls from ignition problems is when I will stick with a OEM stator. Not worth the difference in savings to me.

banshee370
That is correct............. after countless hours and numerous new parts he STILL had problems. Swapped out the BRAND new stator and what do ya know..... vroom vroom~ As I said before and I'll say it again....... I like Ricky AND his products. He is an asset to this sport. Reguardless of that there are issues w/ his knock off stators.
Meat
yea i figured "it cant' be my new Ricky Stator, its brandy new and RS has a great rep"..... well after replacing\testing everything electrical, it turned out my new stator was toast. It would fire up for 20 seconds and then it would just die...... we'd fiddle with the wiring harness, the ground wire, the coil.... test it and it would fire up again, Id get all excited that it was fixed only to be disappointed because it would die out in 20 seconds. Replaced the Ricky Stator with a stock one and havent had any issues since.
