FORMULASPEED Posted July 27, 2004 Report Share Posted July 27, 2004 I cant get my front brakes to grab. I have New Pads and put in new brake fluid DOT4 , and they dont work. Ive bled an bled, I got it to were the calipers flex when I pull in the lever, But no dice. They work if I want to push my banshee around . The rubber in the Master cyliner is correctly inserted, Any Ideas on how I can get these Mfrs to work. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
fixitrod Posted July 27, 2004 Report Share Posted July 27, 2004 You may have to bleed them with a vacuum. I've heard they can be tough. I just pump up the brake and have someone crack the bleeders open and close them then release the brake handle. Repeat until no air comes out of the bleeders.
