bansha60
Hey, I live about a 1/2 hour 45 min away from ft. wayne , In edgerton Ohio. Lots of fun shit to do in ft. wayne, not a whole lot of places to ride, but every year in september there in a race track in Liberty Center Ohio where they have a jamboree, its probably about an hour and a 1/2 from ft. wayne. I'll let you know when it is, maybe we could go riding sometime, I have tonz of trails around here.
Fireman-hott
Lets see, near the Ohio border is that Haspin Acres place. a couple people from my work go there about once-twice a year, its a good 3-4hours drive from me up in Northwest Indiana. Supposed to be like Badlands on steriods but I wouldn't know I've never been there. Also they just opened a state run park in southern indiana somewhere. I dont remember the link to thier site but its something like 600acres of trails and the like.
mrmatt
I bet your stess level just went down by a factor of 10. Glad to hear you're settled in. Haspin Acres is a lot of fun, but you will want to get new front wheels before you go there. It is mostly woods and that really wide front-end will have you scrapping bark off of the trees all day long.
bansha60
Haspin is a shithole!, All the trails have like 3 feet deep ruts them and some of the people there are complete idiots that dosent respect other peoples things. I was there for about 2 hours and left, and when I came back to my truck and trailer someone had roosted the front of my truck and scratched it all up. To say the least I was pissed and knew who did it and I bet they wasnt happy to see that I picked the front end of there quad up and flipped it over and left. Elka Banshee
Haspin is in Laurel IN, which is south of Indianapolis. It totally sucks compared to the Badlands. I live in Jacksonville FL now but I grew up in Columbia City, IN and there is nothing like the Badlands down here. We have Ocala National Forest but the trails are 2 ft wider than any Indiana trails. But really Haspin, when it rains, is the worst mess I have ever taken my banshee through and that was just the little mx track they have doing a couple of laps. It's clay and limestone rock everywhere. But I will give it to them, they had some fun and tough trails when I was up there the last time we rode up there. 421stroker
I live in kendallville, IN. It's about 30 min. from you. Not to many places to ride. About the Haspen Acres place, don't even go there it is definitly a shithole. Someone I know got there banshee stolen there and it is pretty rutted up too. I did get my rims flipped and am not at a standard +2 on each side. I like it a lot better. I do know about haspin and the badlands. I was hoping for somewhere to ride that I can load the truck up after work and just go ride. I did check out the mx track here in Fort Wayne. Practice is like $10 or $15 and it's a lot bigger than the indoor mx track. I think I might try that track out. I've never been on an mx track. Looks like fun though. If anyone know of some land that's kind of unclaimed that people ride, let me know... please.

Hey Fixitrod, have you ever been to Kendallville? Hayden Honda has a track and some trails that they allow people to ride on. I'd say about 60 to 100 Acres. Contact me at mrobe62870@yahoo.com and we will set-up a ride at haydens.

370banshee
i'm from nw indiana also. i ahev been to the badlands and haspin. i personally like haspin better because the trials are a bit rougher. i like both places don;t get me wrong. yeah haspin is kind of a crap hole and it is pretty nasty when it's wet. but then again attica is pretty shitty when it's wet also. if you ask me teh best place to ride hands down is silver lake. but anyway if you guys ever go any of those 3 places lemme know i'l bring a banshee. unless you go to silver lake then i'll bring a banshee and my 85 tri-z stretched on alky sportin a powervalve YZ250 engine. i gotta see how it does still!! don't wrire haspin off it's cool as hell down in those rutty trails and no they are not 3 foot deep ruts. my banshee made it through them just fine. and the owners are nice as hell too
