Noob Banshee
Hi, me and my friend just restored a 500cc 84 Kawasaki Tecate, and we got some hi heat paint thats goeas up to 1500 degrees. My friend went to wash down his ATC and the paint just about washed right off! Can anyone explane or have this happen or know what to paint engines with, what type of paint? Or what we did wrong? frocashmoney24
you gotta sand down the engine, spray on some heat proof primer, then the paint, then clear coat, she wont come off

frocashmoney24
got mine at advanced auto, you dont need the 1500 degree shit, go with the 500, works great and comes in a variety of colors, or www.denniskirk.com has it in the chemicals section
