Coolant

Can't fiqure out why shee is running so hot. I have a Cool Head with 21cc domes, 20 fin Inline cooler in the hose to the head. Yet the Fluid starts boiling after 20 mins of riding. The little hose on top of head just starts freaking out after shut down with boiling fluid going threw it. Also have Antifreeze coming down two studs of bottom of engine. Comes down studs in a good flow to. Its the 2 studs that are really close together in the middle underneath. Not sure why thought. Need Help getting frustrated

sounds to me like your water pump impeller or impeller gear is shot( the stock impeller and gear are made out of plastic look at a pro design impeller they are made out of aluminum) and it wouldnt hurt to run some water wetter or engine ice in the radiator . also check your jetting because it your running lean then that will cause you to over heat also.

it took me a week to figure out that damn thing! when mine was doing that i figured out that the last time i had my clutch cover off i had torn the o-ring seal that goes between the case and clutch cover.youll the the hose that it connects if youll look right below the right reed boot. so pull off the clutch case and youll see where the previously stated tube runs through the case. on it there is an o-ring a steel retainer, now make sure the seal is in its proper place and in good condition. the reason it goes and runs off of those studs is because it leaks out of there and drips down through the drain hole in the case. tell me if that works out for ya.

Shit, the only added cooling I got to my shee is an impeller from pro design. Never had overheating issues after that. Well I did take a whole day and straightened out every fin on my radiator then stripped it of paint..paint holds some heat in.
