DUNEDEMON
Steel wool lubricated with some glass cleaner works great...Do NOT use a scotchbrite pad, it will scratch the chrome.

frocashmoney24
glass cleaner like windex does work with steel wool, but i love simple green cleaner, takes off everything, and theres a polish called blue magic, the stuff works frigen awesome
DUNEDEMON
huh!! glass cleaner like windex?? Yes, you just need it for some lubrication for the steel wool, once you have all the crap off the pipes polish them how you would normally. nickxc
I used mothers for years then I tried turtle wax chrome polishe and that was ok but I got some 3m majic wadding and that stuff is great. It comes in a chrome can and it is a wad of cotton soaked in polish you just rip some off and polish with it then use a cloath to take it off. the stuff works awsome!! Dune what do u use? The Shearer's are so new I have not needed to polish them yet, I just keep them clean. On my old T-5's I used this stuff called "Wenol" it's made in Germany I think and it comes in 2 toothpaste looking tubes, one is blue and the other is orange. No smart ass, I bought it at a car show, some guy was polishing beer cans with it or something, I do see it at Harley and hot-rod shops though. silveradohd
I use simichrome polish. it does not take off the blue, but polishes very well. I found this product @ Orchard Hardware supply in Southern California. I know home depot does not sell it.
