Need some help

looks nice.. some stuff didn't like me though. I went to the "About us" section, and from there (from the pop-up) clicked on the "Quads for sale" section and it hated on me. other than that and the "new window on clicking a link" deal, it looks great!

Looks great Walt. I'm on dialup, the load time wasn't bad and the flash or whatever worked well (atvscene.com takes much longer to load I think). Excellent sharp graphics and layout. I didn't mind the white type on black background. I'm not a fan of popups but didn't mind these, and they do load fast.

Minor details; the product pages have very small type, even on my 19" LCD. It looks like they are catalog pages, and the overall layout is VERY good, but reading the text takes a little squinting...and it won't scale any larger when I maximize the page (yes I'm too lazy to find and use the magnifier thingy). Still it's legible, and I'm sure it's perfect in printed form, but that was really the only thing I found to mention (not criticise).

Gripes (yes this is sarcasm); where's the BHQ link? More babes! More pics of K&K rides: the for sale quads had decent pics but it would be cool to see more quads, along with the bikes, like in the showroom page. Yes I'm a pic whore, gimme, heh.

Otis

I didnt notice the drag specialties sign the first time i looked. He sell's parts for american twins too?

Yes he is also a dealer for CC, DS and others. I did all the body and paint work to both choppers on his site. He is very much into Harley's.

Nate:

Why dont you update your friggin PC.... My guess is you clicked on the link wrong  hehe

Ben:

What settings are you using on your 19"? I run a 19" also and I find the font small too.

As for your concerns (babes, bikes, links) I'll see what I can do about a link to BHQ. Most people are graphical (pic whores) but I know that he wants the site to load faster for those on dial up yet still give the eye candy. The single pic of the showroom does it NO justice, as with some of their bikes. As for the babes... Well.... I know he has some apparel shots that may never see his site... Maybe we can get him to give them up for a post here (hint hint)

Mrmatt:

Yea.. I know.... :( Im sure if he hosted a pic of it... he would have people contacting him for parts he doesnt carry. They are into a different market especially since the banshee is a dying breed.

tats:

Send the pics dammit!

Walt; 1280x1024 32-bit with an Nvidia GeForce4 Ti4200 that way outstrips my measly 46.6K average connect speed. Yes yes would love to see the covert apparel shots!! Oh yeah, forgot to mention, the site is a big improvement over the old one, much cleaner and well laid out. The old "fade" from page to page was mildly irritating but they've always had so much good stuff I can't afford that it was always a good place to check out the products...
