Roostin93Shee
Hey im goign to build my shee up for racing. my question is about LRD's 350 powerup kit stage 111. would it be better just to buy this instead of having it bored and everthing. i want the most dependabiltiy i can get out of it b/c it will still be used on trails once i start racing. any other info on mods will be great thanks
sredish
this has been said a lot but, boring does virtually nothing to gain power. Pipes, porting and eventually stroking are the three serious ways to gain power. I really don't know much about the powerup kit, but i'd say get a good set of pipes that fit your riding style, if you don't have any already. Then get some portwork done, and then finally stroke that bad boy. Of course, in between these big steps, you can throw on a Coolhead/Noss head in between for compression, and some reeds, and a timing plate, and an ignition, and a lightened flywheel, and a Toomey 2:1 air intake, and a boost bottle... need i go on?
