Welcome to the HQ :D

That all depends on your budget. Its always nice to have new so you know from the start it is well kept. If your like me and can't afford a new one, shop around and don't jump on the first one you see(unless its a KILLER deal) :D

As I have found out buying the shee isn't the $$$ part. Its all the stuff you want to do to it after you get it. :jesterlaugh:

I can afford to get a used banshee in the next couple of months, but if I go with a new one it willl be the first of next summer before I can afford one. I think what I will do is, keep a check in all the trader books around my area (and be patient). I have found out throught the years the most patient people get steals on stuff. If I have not found something that I want by the time I can afford a new one, I will just buy a new one then. The only thing I was worried about with buying a used one is getting stuck with a bent frame or something like that that hidden. I am sure if I check the quad out top to bottom really, really good I will be ok. I am not new to atc and atv, I have only had 4 strokes, but now I want something really fast so I going with the real deal(2 stroke). After I buy a banshee I am going to give the like new 1984 200x atc to my wife. BTW I really like atc's does anybody on here got a tri-z?? Put up some pictures of it to!!

Buy a used one that someone has put a bunch of goodies on & needs to dump.

Nobody rides a stock Banshee anyway.

I have done it both ways & considering they have been pretty much exactly the same since 87 you would be a fool to buy a new one.

Just so you know pipes will be $600 right from the start.

And you gotta have pipes!
