00BlueShee
I got a Durablue eliminator axle, and Im trying to put the sproket hub on but it wont go past the first spline, does the sproket hub have to be pressed on ? and is it suppose to slide past the first spline easy? Sredish is right... once you get the splines lined up it should slide right into place. Mike
rebelbanshee2
first spline? I dont get what you mean by first spline. do you mean the splines for the wheel hub? it should slide right on from the left side to right side. if you are trying to put in on the wrong side i think maybe the brake hub splines are larger
sredish
if you are trying to put in on the wrong side i think maybe the brake hub splines are larger good thought. the axle must slide in from right to left. then your sprocket hub and lock-nut and all should slide on from the left. if you slid it in from left to right, then your backwards, and nothing will fit they way it's supposed to. here's a pic of my axle. the sprocket hub just slides right on very easy and the lock-nut then tightens it all down.
