Posted June 23, 2004 Report Share Posted June 23, 2004 I think there good all around, if you want top end though go to a 34 or 35, youll have to modify your stock intake boots or buy new ones, and mod the airbox boots, id run clamp ons, foam with a sleeve or k&ns with outerwears Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Personally, I wouldn't go over 28s or 30s unless you had a stroker. 28s work great with a port & polish. The bigger you go, the more top end and the less bottom, key is finding the spot where the powerband suits your riding style, i.e. all top end for dragging, etc. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
