Cotton eyed Joe
one time..when i was little..i fell off the top bunk and into the toy box...it sucked......just trying to fit in with all you long fallers. xtshee, ill give him as much tlc as possible, but i dont think i can compete with the percocets I hope they are better than the Darvocet I was taking for my pulled muscle in my back last week. I think taking 4-5 Advil did more for the pain, I just wasn't as entertained by dumb shit.

.
sorry to hear that man, at least you got out with the benefit of the doubt. If you bruised any back muscles let them completely heal, and when you think they're healed, they arent. I've got a muscle that'll never be the same from when I worked for a glass company and the dude I was lifting the glass with didnt know how to lift it correctly. Thought it was healed and did something stupid and pulled it again. It's a pain I'll have to deal with for the rest of my life when doing certain things now. Get well man, so you can ride hard again. DirtRider
death is a threat to the ego. thats why "IT" flipped out. when i fell off the banshee i was prolly the only one there that was emotionally stable. they were all breathing heavy and "worrying". i could only take half a breath because my ribs were so swollen. im not even concerd about death as much as i used to. im not one of those evil knevels who jump grayhound busses, but nothing is garenteed. people forget how fragle we are, thouh we can take quite a beating thats for sure. you have to be "crazy" like me, not to be "worried" about death. Cotton eyed Joe
Sudden deceleration trauma sucks man. Hope you get feelin better soon I like that term. Sudden Deceleration Trauma....makes it sound like something cool happened.... When I blow something up in the mill or lathe, or smash my thumb with a hammer, and my dad asked me "What the hell is going on??" I tell him "I ran into a little bit of interference". lol...My hand interfered with the momentum of a 46 oz ballast hammer or a 45 cent bolt interfered with the movement of a $70 endmill.
