SIRHCSHEE Posted May 29, 2004 Report Share Posted May 29, 2004 ALBA IS ON BACK ORDER WITH THERE PRO COMP A-ARMS SOMETHING ABOUT THE WELD/ ANYWAY I ORDERD THE PRO COMP FRONT END ABOUT A MONTH AND A HALF AGO AND KEPT CALLING TO ASK ABOUT THEM WHEN ILL RECIEVE THEM AND THE GUY SAID THEY HAVE EVERYTHING READY TO SHIP EXCEPT THE A-ARMS WICH ARE ON BACK ORDER BECAUSE OF THE WELD. I CALLED LAST WEEK AGAIN AND THE GUY SAID YOU KNOW WHAT ILL JUST SEND YOU THE SHOCKS AND BRAKE LINES AND WHEN WE GET YOUR A-ARMS IN WILL SEND THEM NEXT DAY AIR. OK SO I WAIT TILL I GET MY SHOCKS / AND WHEN THEY CAME (they were the wrong ones) THEY GAVE ME THE DUAL RATE W/OUT RESSY'S 160 TO 190 POUNDS. MUTHA FUCKA I ORDERD THE DUAL RATE W/RESSY'S 200 TO 240 POUNDS. F THAT IM CALLING FIRST THING IN THE MORNING AND TELL SOMEONE OFF . THE ONES THEY SENT ME WERE ONLY 329$ AND THEY ONES I ORDERD WERE 489$. MY CREDIT CARD WAS ALREADY BILLED. I waited a month for renthal Black pad handle bars and they sent me blue pad ones WTF. I ended up paying $27 at a stealership for the black pad. First off I know you will not get the pro series shocks for nothing as they are almost twice as expensive and they would lose a ton of money on that deal. As far as the A-arms being out of stock they might have problems with the supplier. I hate hearing about all this crap you guys have to deal with when it comes to ordering from them. I live a few miles from them and most of the people there know me because I'm there at least once every 2 weeks. They need a better shipping department and maybe some more training when it comes to taking orders. If they know a part is on backorder they need to tell you up front no question. If you agree to wait for them then your SOL as you agreed to wait and you have no right to flame. Now if your order never comes in or they ship you the wrong stuff thats BS and they should fix the problem without additional cost to you. Maybe I'll go talk to Cory about all this crap since I would be pissed too if a companys "nobody" in the back room is screwing up and pissing customers off. Even I have been waiting on some items that should have been ordered but whom ever sold the last one didn't order new stock. The girl that is working in the back shipping orders doesn't know jack and the parts guys know that she has screwed up. Things will be even more stressful in the next few weeks as the girls that answer the phone are new. The one girl that was always there left for a new job.
