Justintoxicated
I was thinking about trying these but for $44 I was wondering how well they work? Sometimes vibration bugs the carpul tunnel..or what not...
Blacksmith
While I don't know anything about the inserts, I have been told that packing your bars full of wet sand will help to reduce the amount of vibration that gets to your hands. I have never tried it, but a couple of old time Harley guys told me that once. If anyone would know about vibration, it would be old time Harley guys. :-)
Nightrider
I can tell you that they didn't help on my Cr500,but a set of pro-taper fat bars helped a little. Imo the banshee isn't that bad,but then again, nothing really is after riding the CR for 5 hours.Talk about arm pump.

Justintoxicated
Ill do whatever it takes I have some problems with vibration and my arms falling asleep, especialy when trying to sleep after riding..So it would be worth the $44 if they actualy do something. banshee04le
My lsr stem has rubber mounts for the clamp and they make a friggin' huge difference, no question. Made the bike majorly more comfortable to ride on the rough shit. Not sure what inserts you are talking about.

What he said. If you really have a problem with it it's worth the $$$ to make it comfy.
Justintoxicated
the other problem is I need it to mount using the stock handlebar mount, I have the handlebar mount Illuminators for headlights and they ARE the top part of the mount. I was going to put the Anti Vibration inserts into X5's You can see the ones I'm talking about here http://www.rockymountainatv.com/wc.dll?wwr...+Bar+Inserts~~~ THey do not fit Pro Tapers. Can't afford the steering stabalizer right now for sure. Edited May 28, 2004 by Justintoxicated
