How Do You Install A Parking Break Block Off?

I just got my parking break block off am I gunna leak fluid when I take the parking break off. should I consult my clymer to do this operation?????

i thought u was just messin around, but i went n looked at ur shee pics and u still got the e brake setup, take that mess off there unless u need it, causes problems, and where the cable connects to the rear break caliper, you'll see two bolts where u can take that part off, get to stan or ebay and get one, its just a piece of metal that covers it, looks great gettin rid of that mess and saves u ebreak emergencies

Don't forget to disconnect the E-brake electrical connector...follow the wires coming out of your stock clutch perch(if you still got it) and you'll run into a plug somewhere near the right side of your gas tank....just unplug that connector and tape it off if ya want. What I did anyway, I got a new clutch perch at the same time I put on my e-brake blockoff. ;)

dammm it. i just tok the whole caliper off, and the rear resi, and the clutch lever.  :o

Shit man...while your there take your handle bars and radiator off too. That will save about 10lbs of weight.

LMFAO........ thats too funny.

 

 

its funny with a man with over 3,000 post doesnt know what a break block off is.

 

i just mean that it showas hoe much research you do on these forums. LOL
