Hockey390
there is alot...so i syphoned most, but now I went to put the jugs back on... And seeing how i've never done it, how in the world do i get the pistons to go in?? those 2 little circle clip things (rings?) are expanded and cant get them to fit... I'm sure there is an easy way, i just dont know it
cb67rs1
Thats why it would run, too much gas in the crank case. blow it out with some air
Hockey390
ya, but now I gotta get the pistons in the jugs...how in the hell do I get them in?
cb67rs1
BE CAREFULL do not force them. if you look at the psitons where the rings go in they have a little pin in them to keep the rings offset and prevent them from moving. that pin should be in the center of the ring(where the ring is split) align the rings with those and you should be able to squeze the rings with your hand while you slide the cylinder down. also the sleve on the cylinder is bevealed so it shoudl slide in with no problems. cb67rs1
oh yeah and stop spraying shit into the carbs to start it, that just goes into the crank and if it doesnt start then all your doing is filling the crank case up with fluid and you will keep fauling the plugs.
