Help Hole In Case

Recommended Posts

You have 3 choices.

1-Tear your bike down and take the damaged case to a good welder and get it welded closed.

2-Get some jb weld, drain the oil, clean the hole with some carb cleaner and epoxy it up.

3-get a new case.

Whatever you do, get a case saver........... ;)

I'd go for the TIG welding method.

me too. i had one side of my cr500 welded up. works great and looks a lot better than trying to get jb weld to smooth out and set up.
