.
took it every where I could. Machinists best Idea was to take it to someone with a disintegrator machine (dde machine or something like that). Guy wanted 30 bucks to get that bolt out.....I said screw it.....I just cut the head off and got in there with a dremel and slotted the bolt and unscrewed it. Now at least I'll be able to buy a shiney new aftermarket head.......right now I'll just have to run the stocker.

I bet I could have popped that thing right out with one. Did you throw those damn allen wrenches away yet?
.
I didnt throw them away, but I'm damn sure that I'm gonna grind those damn balls off before I go using one again.
SDD
If you have a drill press you could drill the ball with a small drill bit... even though it's hardened a normal new drill bit should cut into it. Drill it out enough that the ball is very thin and just tap it with a punch and a hammer and that should break the remaining bits so you can shake it out. Other wise try to drill the head off the screw and undo all the other screws and take the head off and grab the stub with some pliers. The machinist was probably talking about a EDM machine, it would have worked great to reach down there and burn it out.
