PyRo_ZaCh
wtf? no one around here ever even calls me back or the position has already been taken by some 10yr old. and since I live out in a rural area theres almost no place left to try, I still got a pizza place and a fast food restraunt out by the interstate to call and ask, but then its gettin a lil far to be ridin a bike to every day. (still need money for a car) I mean theres like 20 teens from around here and i know them all and they all work over in the next town or up in the "city" so why is it so hard for me to find a job? ledofthezep
Grow some tits, rid yourself of a penis & get an aditional hole, stretch the legs, die your hair blond, and stand on a corner.
.
either that or you could stand outside your local catholic church with a donation sign hung above your ass. I dont know man. Why do you think THEY are turning you away. Your age?, How you look?, How you present yourself?. Number one thing, places that hire you are always looking for an ambitious person that they can tell will show up for work every day, and do what is required of them....and maybe more.... Present yourself in that manner and a good attitude along with a clean look (dont get all dressed up for a pizza shop or fast food joing, but wear something respectable), and you should be good to get the job if they need to fill a position. Cotton eyed Joe
I liked the part about getting a hair cut. Anyhoo.... What type of job are you looking for? If there is a WalMart in your area, I would assume your are far overqualified to work there. To be a door greeter you either need to be a geriatric or at/near retardation. At least thats the requirements here. And I don't think you want to be a stocker for the big W either. I had friends that used to do it. Think of hard work, low pay, 4 asshole managers all telling you what to do, and they all conflict with one another. What kind of mad skillz do you have? cb67rs1
i would have to agree with all the others. what you look like and the first impression you leave on them may be the reason why they are not calling back. plus if you live far away and you are telling them you have no transportation, they are probably looking at that too. also watch what you say to them, dont use alot of slang when at an interview and dress to impress, not with baggy ass clothes falling off your ass

banshees and beers
Like everyone else said get your hair cut. use terms like "yes sir", and not for shizzle. Don't be a dick about hours, with your first job you should be willng to work when ever they need you and your not in shcool. And keep trying those places that already filled the postion, it may have been filled and the guy did not work out. Don't give up either, and don't wine nothing in life comes easy. sheechandchong
I will give you a piece of advice that is from experience. How you dress and act is a given, calling every day or so is a good idea,IF you are looking for a job that anyone else can do,meaning, if you want just to make a few bucks flippin burgers,Now if you want to make some real money, go to school and learn a trade,plumbing--everyone shits, heating and a/c--my business, doing very well at it----electical---everyone needs lights, you get what I'm saying?find a career, not just a job.You will be a lot happier in life.
