What Jets Shall I Put In?

ok guys,a couple of quezzys 4 ya,i did a mild port job myself,exhaust port higher 1,5 mil,transfers shaped and a mill bigger,intake a mill bigger too,head shaved .27,(timing used to be +4 but i turned it back cos i was worried the crank would separate,now im running standard pipes(aftermarket aint allowed over here,bsatards!) snorkell off,i ordered some jets,i got 210,220 ect up to 300 mains,my altitude is about 7-800 meters,am runnin 98 octane super,my guess is the 240 mains? anyone help me?

I'd start out w/ 260 mains and go from there...
