STLBILL
Hi guys: Well, I am officially Sheeless... and sad just like everyone said. I traded her for a Honda Aquatrax F-12X. It was a really good deal and I had not road her since November. Some of you may recall I had a bad accident, ironically, exactly one year ago today. I almost paralyzed myself in the accident breaking four bones in my spine (the v-thingys / can't spell at this hour). I didn't deserve it because my accident was due to P-U-R-E stupidity but I managed to make a 99.9% physical recovery. Emotionally I just couldn't muster the courage again to ride her like she needed. When I last rode in November I put her on two-wheels unexpectedly and the flashbacks hit me like a ton of bricks! She's been holding down the garage since then and my girlfriend and I can both enjoy the PWC sooo... The really $hitty part... There was a guy test riding my old Shee today when I picked up the PWC. They couldn't even wait till I left! I don't know if it was the distinctive Banshee sound that drew my attention to it or her telling me "goodbye". The guy bought it, loaded it up and took her home while I was there. Well I guess I'm just looking for a shoulder to cry on. The Honda PWCs are supposed to be great boats (please don't go there). Hopefully I can drown my sorrows (pun intended) this weekend if it isn't too cold. I hope you all won't mind if I still visit BansheeHQ once in a while? Either way I have really met a lot of nice people on here. I want to thank each of you for your support from pre-purchase, through my accident - logging on from the hospital bed, to now and everyplace in between. You all are great! Thanks in advance, Bill Saint Louis, Missouri

BenBB
A sad day indeed STLBILL, but better to have your ex-Banshee screamin' for someone else than banished to your garage. We do expect a ride report on the Aquatrax and if possible pics with bikini babes, remember you're always welcome here.

Holyman
Having been close to taking a dirt nap myself, I know it's hard to give up a favorite toy, BUT there's no glory in messing yourself up. You made a good choice. Hopefully the PWC will be easy enough on your back {getting air on a PWC is FUN but the landings can be pretty hard } and if you ever want to bring it up to the great lakes and check out the city, bring it up to Chicago. There's miles of open water, plenty of good wakes to get you airborn, and we've got a nice launch near the house. Bring a wet suit tho... Lake Michigan water is usually pretty cold. BrokeStonedBiker
im gonna add some useless information. resent not evil, over come it with good. if you add resentment to a past tram you can cactually feel all the same emotions and fears. you need to drop your resentment. resentment is also judgment, so drop that and you might be able to overcome your feer of the axcident. another "profesional"name for this is also called post tramatic stress disorder. good to heard you made a nice recovery with your axcident. i love my farthers jet ski. my sisters does like 70, it has a trim control on the handle bar so you can get some sick hight of of like 2' waves. take care people pleaser
STLBILL
Hi guys: Again, I appreciate the support! I got my numbers and stuff for the Aquatrax today. Boating is so different! I have so much to learn! I've already learned everyone on the water hates personal watercraft... The F-12X has an liquid intercooled turbo charger that ads 40 horsepower to the basic 125. The Internet boards say it'll do low 60s on "glass" but I don't expect to test it. Remember I sold the Banshee because I was chicken $hit... I got this model because of the deal. Thanks again guys! I'll see if I can't get some bikini (is less better? <GRIN>) pics to share. You want really F-A-T women right? Regards, Bill

Regards, Bill Hell, I've done not quite 60 on "glass" before, and it doesn't really seem that fast on water for some reason. Where I was at though you had to keep your eye out for this grass shit coming up through the water. I actually had to explain that to "someone" when I let her drive, that when you see grass, STOP TURN DO SOMETHING!!!!! but don't plow into it. Its terrifying when your wife is hitting 30 on one of those things and you're on back. Just be safe, use your mirrors, but don't rely on them. Check around often. The few times I've been out I've almost collided with another PWC, just because one of us made a move to sudden for the other to react, or we weren't using our heads. And yes, catching air is fun, but the landings can be rough as shit. Oh, and wait until someone pulls next to you, pivots, and shoots about 75 gallons of water on you when you're not expecting it. Damn near blow you over.

You'll have to get you wife her own
