Banshee0028
I am thinking about going -2 on the swing arm and looked at the prices for new ones...Seen most of them around $500 or more! I also hear how some people prefer to use the stock ones and have them cut down -2 inches and it performs just as good. Would the quality of the "cut-down" stock one be just as good after shortening it, without lossing any strength? Also, I am looking into a new carrier too while I am at it..... Do mostly trail and open riding, with some MX in the future...

tats4life
You can cut a stock one down, and it'll be just as strong if the welds are done by a quality welder. There are plenty of aftermarket bearing carriers that fit the stock swingarm. The ones my friends run the most is the RAD mfg. carrier. I have a -2 LSR swingarm and the only reason why I have it is because I got a good price. Check out quicksand products he makes a badass swingarm cheap with bearing carrier. sredish
If I remember correctly, ebilabuc had two of them. one's on his machine and he sold the other on ebay becuase he didn't need it. i tried to buy it but didn't go very high cause I didn't really need it either. He'll chrome it or powdercoat for a little more, but you can probably find a powdercoater around for pretty cheap. As cheap as I am, if I decide to get one, I'll probably buy one from them.
