dave95.1
Hey guys. I have a bone stock 2000. I ride about 1/2 aggressive trail and 1/2 at little sahara OK. From what i have seen i think the 2 into 1 carb setup looks like it would work good for me. What exhaust do you recommend with that. I plan on putting on bolt ons but will prob. not do much if any porting. Any sugg. would be much appreciated because it is time to wake this thing up. sredish
If your duning quite a bit, don't get something with the top end limitations of a 2-1 pipe setup. The 2-1 pipes are great, but they're better off on 100% woods, mx and tighter areas. If your in the dunes, your gonna want some top end power that the 2-1s aren't gonna give. If your 1/2 aggressive trails and 1/2 dunes, then FMF Fatties, Paul Turner mids would both be awesome pipes with that carb setup, they'll emphasize the power that the carb is adding and really bring it on. The PT mids make a little more power than the FMFs but they're very pricey and the FMFs are an awesome bang for your buck pipe that responds extremely well to future mods. I have the single carb with FMF Fatties and it screams. Runs awesome on the track, runs great on the trails, and still gets out on the dunes and hangs right in there at the drags and ripping across the razorbacks. Trust me. BTW, if your able to, me and a few friends are kicking it out to LS, OK this coming weekend, why don't you join us. Hey, you can see the carb and pipes in action. PUSH THE THROTTLE
Sredish, from what I have read on here the Paul Turners are very similar to the 916's as for power delivery. Any pipe is better than stock. You need to decide on were you really want to shine though in those woods or in the dunes if you want to scream in the dunes then I would get dual pipes but if you want the power in the woods 2 into 1 is the way to go. But both will make you happy either place.
ngelati
It depends on the tipe of riding. I think that PT midrange are a great pipe and would work excelent with the cv carb kit!!

dirtclod20
I have a CV and PT mids and like it really well. I would look at ebay for a good deal on a used set personally. The DMC's and pro-circuits would be my second choice probably. GOod luck in your search. Marc
