Thanks again! My dad has some that he "got" from Hill Air Force Base back in the 70's. He didn't think you could even buy them anymore, but I think RMATV has them. evil Posted May 13, 2004 Report Share Posted May 13, 2004 and if you cant get safty wire plyers you can do it with a pair of needle nose plyers, but doing it like this takes practice and patience. i safty wired plenty of things in my time (street bikes race bikes, wife, cars etc..) and i dont even own a pair of safty wire pliers. well i did but this is why i no longer loan tools out.
