Help Need For A Radiator Repair

The upper mount is cracked, What can be done to fix it? All ideas that work please post them.

 

 

 

 

Oh So far the Passion !2 port seams very strong off the bottom. When i get the

radiator fixed i will finish with the break in.

I JBwelded it So far it looks good. But I may need it. I bid on one so we see what happens with my bid .

 

Give me some INfo on shape, year, with Hoses etc....

Oh One more question. Do you have any primary drive gear? The crank one . I am looking for a 93 Lash index. I read on page 3/21 of the yamaha service manual that it's important to match the numbers to a yamaha spec value? a 93 would put it at 155 right in the middle. I just confussed about this. I quess it's like setting up a ring & pionion but you match the number on the driven gear & the drive gear instead. The number on the driven gear is 62 so i need a 93 to make it to 155 I quess this set the lash. Any ideas on this stuff?
