acts like it's not getting fuel..reeds r good....

I have cleaned the pilots thinking the might need to be "bigger"though

I'm not to good w/2 carbs That's why I have 2in1 .....

Obviously it is not getting gas, check to see if fuel is coming out the petcock, and if it is, you need to check the carbs again. make sure they are clean and you hook everything back up, I.E. the hoses, and slides are in correctly. It takes fuel and spark to fire, so one is not happening. Also, make sure the gas cap's vent is working, I have seen this alot on raptors, maybe it happens to banshee's too, it is the same cap.

yep, check the petcock (an inline filter is an easy way), then the carbs. the vent cap is a very good suggestion, if it's kinked under the bars or has gone bad, it could prevent flow. mine twisted at the dunes once and did that, prevented flow, i was panicing then realized it and shee started right up after unkinking.

Checklist....look between the two carbs. Do you see a tube (1/4"x 2" long) connecting the two carbs between them??

Next, pull the air cleaner and look inside the carbs w/ a flashlight, make sure the slide cutaway (slant) is facing the airbox and make sure that both slides are down..sometimes one slide will stick open and cause it not to start....

If everything checks out, then try disconnecting the tors brain...Little black box above the left exhaust w/ a 3-wire plug...

If it still doesn't start, then check to see if the carb bowls have been swapped...Only one bowl has a little jet in the bottom of the carb bowl for the choke. If you swap the bowls, then it won't start..the bowl w/ the jet has to be on the choke carb....

Next, check your compression...Low compression will make a shee start really hard if at all when cold, but start up fine when warm...
