Sugar Magic
Peace by Christmas, fire Bush. I saw this scribbled on a stop sign a couple weeks ago, made me chuckle.
.
People have the right to free speech and they use it. That right there is what bush's legislation is basically fighting for to get rid of. To control our freedom of speech. I too voted for bush, but in the last few months I've seen how he really is. He got this big idea in his head how people arent gonna start liking him because of this whole war issue, so he started making reasons for people to start pointing fingers in other ways. Howard Stern supported bush, supported the war, and said something about him bashing him the one day.....next thing you know clear channel pulls him from 6 of their stations, and congress is throwing down a law about if anything is said on the radio not deemed suitable for kids to hear, vulgarity etc., that the individual can be fined 500,000 per station airing it, with a total of 3 million per day. That includes yourself, if you call a station up and say something about shooting a load into your girls mouth the night before.....you can personally be fined 3 million for it. Any music group that has a curseword played thats in their song can be fined. And it gets better, their trying to pass that you cant have a dvd player in your car because you could be watching porn and someone can look in the window of the car. The FCC fined howard for something that he said that Oprah Winfrey said the same exact thing......she didnt get fined....and the reason when asked about it by the FCC.....Oprah Winfrey is a beloved person and Howard is more of a lightening rod and easier to go after. Whatever happened to being able to change the station if you dont want to listen, or control what your children listen to. Howard stern airs during the day while children should be at work anyway. And before they go to school.....dont listen to it..... They not only are taking our right away to not be able to say what we want....but are also taking our right away to be able to listen to what we want......when is it going to end? Not to mention the fact the other finger Bush is pointing is at the whole gay marriage thing......who cares......theres a war going on......doesnt he have bigger things to worry about?..... boonman
It's a catch 22. You can't please EVERYONE. Someone at one point or another is going to have a problem with something. I don't approve of the things that Bush does to please himself, or his bussies. but oh well. I'm not in a position to do very much about it. Yes, I can vote, but it is like choosing the lesser of several idiots. They are all morons in my opinion. Politics is the worst thing in this country. People in positions of power abuse it. That's the bottom line......

sredish
This so called "war" was never over WMD it was over Oil, I never really thought this held a lot of trutch, some I figured but as I get to know Bush more, I think it has more validity. Think about it, Bush ran one of the largest American oil companies for years until he retired to "get into politics". He is an oil tycoon by trade. Now, we may have needed to go in and get Saddam, but you can not tell me that oil wasn't in the picture at all. That also the reason he's so lax on the environment, he cares more about the oil in the ground than preserving our land. I'm not a hippy green ass, I use the outdoors, camp, Jeep, ride and if we don't hold onto it, it ain't gonna be here much longer. Now, don't get me wrong, I have always been a Bush supporter, but just recently, I'm starting to feel differently. I could still go either way, BUT Bush has to start showing something, because where I live, the economy still sucks somewhat. My business is extremely busy, but my clients are mostly wealthy people where an economic downturn doesn't hurt too bad. I like taking money from those kind of people. Anyway, if he doesn't work on change, then he's outta here.
Cotton eyed Joe
lmao clinton was a pimp And might I add, In no way do I support bush, brazilian all the way LMAO!!!! I wonder if you could make a candle out of the used wax, and if it would stink when you burned it........ That Clinton was a fucken jewel wasn't he? I was actually embarrased for my sister and her husband when he was in office. She couldn't really say anything bad about him, and I just felt horrible thinking this guy was my sisters boss....... He would have tried to stick a whole humidor up her ass if he ever met her I'm sure.....
Holyman
The Russians used to say you could never trust an American because they drink beer. They reasoned that beer makes people violent as opposed to vodka which mellows a person. I wonder what they are saying now that we have a pres that can't eat chinese food, chokes on pretzels and comes from a family that doesn't eat broccoli. Let's face it we ALL know Clinton could eat I think the best leaders are the fat ones or at least the ones who know how to cook. I think that cajun chef would have made an awesome pres. Anyone that can live in a swamp, eat crawdads, hot pepper, and wash it all down with several large glasses of cheap wine can handle anything. Yeah I guess he could speak english very well but neither can bush. I'm still trying to figure out what iddndt and duddndt and nookyuller is. CoopBanshee
I SUPPORT BUSH Everybody is a conspiracy theorist. The war is about oil... The war is this and that... It makes you sound retarded. The real reason that we went to war is to take over one of the largest countries in the arab region and replace Saddam Husein with a democratic gouvernment. So that all of the other retarded arab countries will say, hey America is not so bad. They took over Iraq and look how good it is going for them now and how much freedom they have. People do not like Bush because he is a man who has beliefs and acts upon them, and dosen't care about what people think. Kerry on the other hand says whatever he thinks people want him to say. The real question is what is it going to be. Are you going to vote for Bush and have a cowboy in the whitehouse with some balls. Or are you going to vote for the pussy Kerry who will fold at the first little wimper from those bastard camel jockeys .

That $500,000 is to the individual not the station or corporation, but the individual, and may also include jail time. From what I understand, the next step for them is to censor cable programming and internet forums. Well, there goes OUR free speech. Something must be done, this cannot continue, this is supposed to be the land of the FREE, that freedom includes SPEECH, written or spoken. They basically don't want you to think for yourself. As if you DON'T have a choice to change a channel or radio station or not read or see something on the net. Another topic: Roe vs Wade, the abortion issue. Although I don't belive in abortion i do believe we cannot just take away this right that was granted to American women years ago. One step forward, two steps back. I supported Bush, then the war, but after the freedom of speech crap, I no longer support the man.
cdcoxwell
Some of the things I'm hearing make zero sence to me. Such as, We over there for the oil. We have never had a problem in getting our oil from Iraq, not then and not now. Being a father now for 2 yrs has changed the way I look at everything now. For example, the freedom of speech situation. No one is goin to monitor what we type on the internet. I watch Howard Stern once every blue moon, and anyone with taste can see that he is CLASSLESS, the man will say and do anything for a buck, and I repeat , I watch just to see what skank hoe is own with her body parts blured out. But, I will not be around my kids 24hrs a day to make sure that their not watching or listening to something that is inapropriate to them for their age. The radio today has gone nuts, almost every song you here has half the words cut out. I have most of those songs on cd, but I can listen to fitty cents, outcast, lude and who ever at my convience. A line has to be drown, if you want to watch PORN, and I like porn as much or more as the next guy, watch it in privacy of your home. Not in a car that my kid can see. Come on, don't be an immature sleeze bag. Use some common sence. Back to Iraq, we are over there because they came over and pissed on the U.S.A. SEPT. 11 and THEY MURDERED OVER 3000 AMERICANS . History has shown (Clinton, Carter, JFK, and so forth) under the Dem. party that we have lost more lives dew to lack of balls and guts from pres. like these guys. If any of the above Pres. were Pres. now, I truley believe the U.S. would not have taken a stand against terroism. HISTORY DOESN'T LIE. Has every one failed to remember seeing OUR DEAD TROOPS DRAG THROUGH THE CITIES OF M. AFRICA. Dew to our Pres. sending troops over there with out the BALLS to say KICK THEIR ASS FOR DRAWING BLOOD ON THE U.S. If it weren't for guttsy Presidents that has balls, we may not even be speaking english or may still be owned by ENGLAND. PEOPLE TAKE FREEDOM FOR GRANTED. People think that it will just stay like this forever, it may not, you never know. If you want to sit back a play ARMCHAIR PRESIDENT and gripe about war and the Pres, I will buy anybodys plane ticket to Iraq, Africa, or Lybia. See how they live. I CAN ASSURE YOU THIS, THEY ARE NOT RIDING BANSHEES OR COMMUNICATING ON THE INTERNET. For the record, I am not a Rep. I vote for the man who I think is best for the job, whether he be Dem. Rep. or Independent. I have never kept up with politics until the SEPT. 11 COWARDLY ACT.

PUSH THE THROTTLE
Streetshee, If you have that view then we might as well fire security guards at airports, and policemen, military and everybody else who keeps us safe because they are only postponing the innevitable. Heck all sane people should just commit suicide and let terrorists run the world.
