But this should have already been settled, unless you live in New York. THan you can get fucked at any time.... Things suck here... Anyways, I would be on the horn with your insurance company. All of the evidence isn't gone. There should be a police report. In NYS, any property damage over $1,000 must be reported, under penalty of law. And being that threre was 3 cars involved, I am sure there was..... being that you rear ended her, you were most likely at fault for that... BUT, the insurance company should battle for you.....
