got1banshee
I know this is off the subject, but I have a question. When you all go out to dinner what would you consider to be average? Me I think 15-20 bucks a person to be average.
Gargamel
Me I think 15-20 bucks a person to be average. In beer then another $20 for food a person. And the better the place the more the beer cost

Thats a little more than I would usually spend on drinks when going out to eat, unless I was at hooters or something. I'm more inclined to hang out there awhile. cb67rs1
it depends, usually on the weekends when me and my wife go out to eat with friends we normally spend about a hundred bucks per couple, but then again we are pretty much ripped when we are done(or should i say at least i am) but its not about the money, its about having fun
locogato11283
geeeez rick. let it goooo! he is posting this because i refuse to pay 15 to 20 bucks a person on meals. the way i figure it is that it all comes out the same way. man thats a lot of money in food. i have a lot of other things id rather spend my money on. i dont know, maybe its just me, but going to high class dining establishments isnt a real great way to spend my hard earned money. evil
i hate going to fancy ass restuarants, but for the wife and friends, i do it, then i have to get all dressed up with the new pair of dickie shorts and the new skin t shirt and put on the non holy dc shoes and act all civil and shit. then when were done, the bill, usually around 120 bucks if it wasnt for the woman id hit dennys at all times and spend 20 bucks on us both. not that im cheap i just hate to do it. im with loco on this one. BansheeBrian
It all depends on who you're taking out and what restaurant. If you want to go cheap have them over the house for Dinty Moore and a biscuit.Expect 25 per person if they like to drink. It adds up quick when they have a before dinner drink then appitizer then main course with wine then dessert. Then 15% tip to the waiter or waitress. I spend big when i go out for a good dinner.I make sure the family and friends get taken care of and if they say they had a good time and the food was excellent than i know i did a good thing.I'm not a cheap bastard. banshees and beers
Like everyone says, it's all about how much beer you consume. I have spent upwards of 200 bucks for my and my girlfriend. But if we do fridays for lunch, it is a bout 35 bucks. It is all just a legal form of prostitution.
BrokeStonedBiker
im polly one of the cheapet poeple out there. ill drinnk my $.50 bud lights at home then go to dinner. im not old enought to drink YET but i cant see my self spending $20 for myself on food. im into health and nutrition. and for the money, i think its foolish to go out to eat. 1. who the f*ck kbnows hows preparing your food. some people just dont care as long as it tastes SO GOOD. 2. the nutrition you get is shitty, they cook old fuckin vegtables. everything is left out and heated up. unless other wise stated. and if you going to not get good nutrition. why not just dine out to tacobell or wendies or burgerking. i quess dining out makes people feel rich. haveing there foos served to them on a silver platter. i dont ghet paid a lot at work so it takes me about 2 hours to get that $20. so the way i think of it, id rather leave work 2 hr earlier on moday than to work just to pay for a dinner. but i guess its all in what you like. banshees and beers
People don't go out for the food, they go out for the company. If you want to sit at home and eat leaves and protein bars, and drink beer in your closet, more power to ya buddy.
Gargamel
I feel sorry for people who don't drink! When they wake up in the morning they know thats as good as there going to feel all day.
