die_infidel Posted April 24, 2004 Report Share Posted April 24, 2004 (edited) NO!!! DO NOT PUT POWER STEERING IN BRAKE SYSTEM. I have replaced so many master cylinders and brake caliper seals do to people putting the steering fluid in. Sanddunejunkie is right it will eat and wreck anything made of rubber. It doesn't take long neither before seals go and your flying through a stop sign or light. You can however put tranny fluid in power steering for a substatute.
