How Much Of A Difference Between Sst, T5, & T6

I had T5s on my old banshee and sst's on my new one. its been so long I cant really notice much difference between the two (plus they had different mods) But Im wondering if its worth the money to get a set of t6's. I could prolly get $350 out of my sst's but then it would be like another $200 just to have a different set of pipes. Is it worth the money???????

I'm in the same boat, Don't know if the T-6's will give me more HP over my T-5's..But chrome would be nice. I called Toomey, they told me T-5's are better for ported motors. But he also told me T-6's make a bit more overall power.

I was just looking on their site and the way they have them listed they have all the t6 kits under a heading that says "for stock motors" and all the t5 kits listed under a heading that says "for stock or modified motors" and I plan on adding some motor mods so maybe I'll stick with the sst's I think they make good power and I like the sound of em I just dont have any experience with fmf pipes Ive always used toomey even on friends bikes.

i'd say no. the fmfs are better with mods, and the t-6s are a bit overrated compared to the trusty t5s. the sst pipes are an overall pipe, good mid all the way through top, although not as peaky and on/off as the toomeys. take the extra cash you have and put it somewhere else and it will go farther for you.
