SiCkBaNsHeE_990
Is it worth putting my banshee? Which makes more power? How much modifing do you have to do to the frame to get the motor to fit?
bigwill
The rz350 is the Father of the Banshee motor, it is the original streetbike motor that the banshee motor is derived from. Everything is exactly the same except the rz350 came with power valves and different tranny gear ratio and had more hp..think had 56hp stock. broke
Yes, it is worth it. You DO NOT have to modify the frame for it to fit. It's hard to say which one makes more power. If you are asking about stock HP the RZ wins hands down. It's the powervalves that makes the swap worth it. They make the power much more linear and "I think" the exhaust port opens more on an RZ for even better top end. Try to find a complete motor with electronics or even a complete bike that someone is selling for a good price. The wiring is a nightmare, but a few people on this site have done the swap and can help you along the way. broke

Minkia38
yes - its a relatively easy swap -motor mounts are the same i just need to change electrical = not very fun, but doable if you have any elec. skills they say 56hp stock, but thats a stretch, my rz banshee was about that, and I have a milled head and pipes. You also need to make custom flanges to use banshee pipes, since rz pipes bolt on.
SiCkBaNsHeE_990
like what do you mean for eletrical. Would it just be easier if i bought a complete and just ripped everything out of that???
bigwill
I have the complete electrical harness-all switches-cdi-stator-flywheel and servos for powervalves-everything is still connected-PM me if you need this.
