joehead24 Posted April 11, 2004 Report Share Posted April 11, 2004 I just bought a 2001 banshee blue and white with very low hours. my problem is it take nearly 10 min to warm it up or else it runs a little rough when Ilet off the gas. It runs much better when cold ever since I raised my needles (lowered my clips) one notch. 5 or 10 minutes is normal warm up time. Take it easy till shees fully warmed up. sredish Posted April 12, 2004 Report Share Posted April 12, 2004 when i get it started, i let it idle for a minute, then I blip the throttle hard and let it rev back down and do it again. BansheeBrian Posted April 12, 2004 Report Share Posted April 12, 2004 yeah I'm with Sredish on this one.Keep your left riding glove off so you can feel the head temp. as you warm up.
