H300F
Here is his reply to my email, "I can replace the one thats leaking for you at no charge. I had a few of these in the last batch of 100 sets that were assembled incorrectly according to my supplier. You are the 2nd or 3rd guy to mention that they had a leaking problem. I run these same carbs on my banshee and the rock! I'm sure you'll be happy with them once you get them on and run them without them giving you fits." ehhsnab, send him an email! crazymx511
Has anyone had good luck with these 30mm carbs off ebay? I just bought these carbs also, but I have not put them on yet. The way it sounds I may not want to! But there has to be a way to make these work right.
yama-dude
I bought a set of those carbs but I got mine from CarbsPartsWarhouse off ebay they are 28mm pwks taper bored to 30mm. It took a while to get them dailed in and cpw sent me free needles and a ton of pilots until it was right, it is a great company to deal with. I never had any problems with it flooding or doing weird shit. They ran right "out of the box" Rich as hell though
liftedandgifted
these carbs have an easy fix so I hope you guys read this. take the tube at the bottom of the bowl and instead of dumping it down, redirect it over the the top of the carb then back down, I have a set now but I first ran into this problem hill climbing snowmobiles. I tried it and it worked great.

Shee_Man
other than the problems... did anyone notice a nice performance increase? Should I just buy other carbs? My mods are... Pro Circuit pipes and silencers V-force reeds K&N Filter with adaptor plate in airbox NOSS head with 21cc domes bored 0.060 over Should I go with something else... want a nice bump in performance but don't want to loose much low-mid range. Any suggestions? Also will these fit with my stock airbox and intake manifold?
The Rebel
I have the same exact problem. These things suck!!! I have tried and tried and even taken them to a couple of shops to see if they can adjust them correctly. I couldnt agree with you more! Hmmm. Are those the carbs you were going to give me a good deal on for the low, low price of $249.99?
BayBanshee
I bought some 28 pwks for my banshee and the left carb was dumping gas, I just took the bowl off and put it right back together and it stopped leaking??? Once that problem was fixed the throttle kept sticking wide open. From the vibration, the throttle cable kept barely pulling out of the tops of the caps. (not all the way out, just enough to make the throttle stick. I just zip tied the cable and it has worked fine since.
