got1banshee Posted March 27, 2004 Report Share Posted March 27, 2004 After calling him every 15 min. for about 4 hours I finaly got Charlie to answer his phone on thursday. I gave him a little ass chewing and he told me that 90% of his staff up and left and he never checks his email that is his staffs job. I told him that I haven't had any sort of reply from him in the past 13 days and that if his staff left him 13 days ago then I would think that he would have checked his mail. I am fed up and just want my money back. So he sent me my money back and I orders some Quicksand arms. Yesterday I get home from work and notice a tag on my dor from Fedex. I go to Fedex to get a package that I didn;t know I was getting and sure nuff its Ugly a arms, he sent me my money and then over nighted me my a arms. I was shocked to see that he sent my money back so fast and then I was just blown out of my mind when I saw that he overnighted me the arms. I got them on and I am not sure if they are messed up or not I will messure in a few. It looks as if the front sits up high. What do you all think? Looking at it from my perspective, I'm busting my ass to keep things alive, and at the same time develop my product line. Hell I wish I made a-arms right now, but it's going to be another huge investment to get it all going. Glad to hear to got something from the guy Rick. demsy Posted March 27, 2004 Report Share Posted March 27, 2004 got1::; those look like 450 shocks if so u have to turn the preload down... i have about 9 threads showing from the top nut, the 450 shocks are 1 inch longer than works, so u compensate by turning the preload,,, u wont hurt it and it wont bottom out.. it looks at lower than mine..
