The only noticable blemish is the grab bar is bent up into the plastic and caused a 3 inch crack in the fender. It has a dg pipe and really long durablue axle. Other than that I think ist all stock. Still on the stock bore. I know the guy who owns it and everyone in our town has tried to buy it from him at one time or another and he would never let it go but I think I can get it right now. He is sick of it taking up space in the garrage. He never rides it, He has 6 quads and they are all big 4x4s thats what he rides. I just need to know what its worth. any help would be great. coolhead03 Posted March 26, 2004 Report Share Posted March 26, 2004 Unfotunatly that quad is a classic weather you like honda or not, these bikes were the standard by which all other bikes were judged for years. where im from in CT a bike like that goes for about 2500-4000. which is insane for a bike that old. if he knows what he has expect to pay. Good deal.We all should get together and go for a rip.I got a safe pit just southwest of Hartford if need be. ----A 250r on stock bore for 2200 is a damn good deal.Grab it! Around here sometimes you can find R's pretty cheap because they know it's an old quad and to them it's just useless clutter in their garage or shed.They don't know what they have. I,ll get together anytime to ride, Idont know of many spots inct that are cool to ride at. Plus im the only one with a banshee in ct that i know right now. that pit next to hartfod sounds cool like i said im down to ride anytime,like tommorrow,sunday,ect.... I cant ride this weekend... and the next 3 or 4 weekends are not looking good either. I hope I can do some riding by the end of April or maybe early May.
